In this space we set out to solve a major grading issue as well as to add some additional privacy - which we did successfully.
We installed a waterproofed Trex Composite deck that leads down a large permeable interlocking patio. Into the deck, we incorporated a beautiful hot tub that rests on an 18" concrete pad.
We built a privacy fence around the property and to finish it off we added a couple decorative shade pergolas
