When we initially visited this site, there was a small, ancient deck and an unusable backyard due to a significant grade variation.
We designed a multilevel Trex deck to address the grade variation. Then, to address the lack of privacy due to the home being a row home, we installed a 6-foot-tall fluted wall that provided both style and privacy.
Along the front of the upper and lower deck, we installed a frameless glass railing that will not obstruct the client’s view of their back garden.
