Once everything was demolished, we called upon our gas fitter to move and upgrade the gas line. Our electrician came in to assess the electrical panel, which needed to be upgraded to accommodate the new hot tub we installed. We then installed the helical piles for the deck. The last trade that we needed to bring was one of our contractors, Kevin, who moved the downspout to a more appropriate location which wouldn’t a) impact the stonework due to water runoff, or b) make the final project much more aesthetically pleasing
Once all this was done, we got to work.

This project included the following:
Steps down to the 600 square feet of patio, which includes two levels – A concrete hot tub pad and installed an 8′ x 8′ hot tub – 300-square-foot Trex Transcend Lineage deck. The colour we used was Hattars. What a stunning deck board – We used a Hideaway privacy screen and glass railing – Installed riser lights
This project was all about the elevations. The client was super awesome but was VERY concerned about the challenges in the job. We needed to hit the right heights on both the stone and decking sides, and we did so perfectly!
From design to build completion, we can help!
