Whether your project involves landscape, pool construction, or a deck, this visit is a crucial step to ensure we’re aligned with your vision before sending you to the design stage.
Our Design Consultation includes:
An in-person meeting at your home to discuss your space goals, design preferences, and budget. Suggestions from our expert designer to improve your outdoor living space. A property survey, including measurements of the garden, levels, grades, drainage considerations, and an inventory of existing trees and shrubs (plant inventory)The Design Plan includes the full design on paper, which allows you to visualize the design before moving to construction:
Elevations and Wall Heights Material Specifications: Type and colour choices.Planting Plan: Detailed plant selection.Pool equipmentAccurate Measurements: To ensure everything fits perfectly.If your project involves a deck, we offer Permit Drawings:
AutoCAD drawings with deck measurements and railing lengths. Technical details to ensure the deck complies with the Ontario Building Code.Our Permit partner will handle submitting these drawings to the city for approval, making sure the process is seamless. Once approved – construction can begin.We value your investment in the design process. Please note that half of the design/permit fee will be credited to your final invoice upon proceeding with the construction phase.
