This building was a run-down commercial structure that was undergoing a complete renovation, both inside and out. We took the extremely overrun back and closed it off with a privacy fence. We then installed a cobblestone patio. To exit the property, we installed a Trex Deck with a cable railing on the lower level. To exit from the upper level, we installed a beautiful spiral staircase. To add some colour and provide additional privacy, we built gardens, installed hedging trees, and planted perennials. Last but not least, we built a custom bar for the client to enjoy when hosting their friends. Super fun project with excellent end results.
