The initial phase of the project involved the careful removal of the existing pressure-treated deck boards and privacy screens.

Epoxy Coating for Joist Durability

Following this, we addressed any necessary repairs to the joists and applied an epoxy coating to the framing to effectively prevent water accumulation on the joists.

Custom Screens, Glass Railing & Lighting

Upon completing the deck board installation, we proceeded to install the custom privacy screens provided by Hideaway, along with a frameless glass railing and step lighting.
